Regular maintenance

With MyBee, you won’t need to worry about your car’s regular maintenance – such as oil or fluid changes. When the time comes, we’ll remind you to visit one of our partner service centres. All you have to do is turn up at a convenient time – we’ll cover technical maintenance costs.

 

Looking for even more convenience? With the MyBee Premium plan, you’ll also get our Door-to-Door service – within Vilnius we’ll collect your car from home, workplace, or another agreed location and return it once the maintenance is done. No waiting, no queuing, no hassle – everything is arranged to save you time.

 

Exceptions are set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

Worn parts replacement

With MyBee, you won’t need to worry about replacing parts that naturally wear out – like brake pads, discs, wipers, lighting components, and more.

 

Noticed something isn’t working quite right? Just let us know – we’ll take care of the repair or replacement. The cost of replacing all wear-and-tear components is already included in your subscription.

Tire change & storage

Forget the hassle of tyres – your monthly MyBee subscription already includes:

 

- summer tyres,
- winter tyres,
- tyre fitting,
- seasonal tyre storage with our partners.

 

When it’s time to change your tyres, we’ll remind you in advance. All you need to do is book a time that suits you with our partner service centre. Everything’s sorted for you.

Damage claim support

Had an accident? MyBee will handle the claims process for you.

 

How does it work?

– As soon as you report the incident, we take over the entire claims process. You won’t need to deal with the insurance company or the repair shop, worry about costs, or look for a place to fix the car. Just let us know about the accident in one working day, and we’ll take care of the rest.

– If the accident wasn’t your fault and you followed the road rules and MyBee terms of service, the repair won’t cost. If you were at fault, a financial liability will apply.

– If needed, we’ll provide a replacement vehicle or a voucher for alternative mobility services so you can continue your journey.

 

Whatever happens on the road, your peace of mind and time are our priority.

Each time, we tailor the solution to you – taking into account the repair duration, your situation, travel habits, and needs.

24/7 Roadside assistance

If your vehicle breaks down or you’re involved in an accident, MyBee provides roadside assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service includes:

 

– Fuel delivery if you run out;

– Tyre change or help with a flat tyre;

– Jump-starting the car if the battery is dead;

– Towing to a service centre if the car can’t be repaired on the spot;

– Other roadside support you may need.

 

Assistance is available 24/7 throughout the geographic territory of Europe, excluding Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine.

With the MyBee Premium plan, your car will always stay clean – with no limits.

 

For the entire subscription period, you’ll get a Pro Bro tunnel car wash membership – use the MIDI wash programme as often as you like, even multiple times a day.

 

The Pro Bro network operates across Lithuania, so a clean car is always within easy reach – no matter where you are.

Reduced financial liability in case of damage

With the MyBee Premium plan, a reduced financial liability (deductible) applies. This means that in the event of an accident, your financial liability (deductible) will be significantly lower than with the Standard subscription plan.

 

The reduced financial liability applies only if you:

– report the incident in one working day,

– follow the road rules and the MyBee terms of service.

 

Important: If you break road rules, fail to report the incident in time, or don’t follow the MyBee terms of service, the damage will not be covered. Safe and responsible driving is always essential.

No time to take your car to the service? Or simply don’t want to bother with the small stuff? With MyBee’s Door-to-Door service – included in the Premium plan – things get even easier. Within Vilnius city area, we’ll come to collect your car, take care of everything needed, and return it ready for the road.

 

Tyre changes, maintenance, inspections – we’ll handle it all for you. No need to arrange anything, go anywhere, or keep track of the process – just hand over the keys and wait for your car to return.
